How long does an interview with a writer take?

The time it takes for an interview with the writer depends on the package you have chosen. The minimum interview time starts at 4 hours and goes up to 10 hours for the primary service. Users can schedule one-hour-long interviews at a time. The customer always has the option to add more interview time by paying for it as an add-on. 

What happens during the interview?

During the interview, you will interact with our WRITER/INTERVIEWER  about the experience/your life depending on what the focus of your book is. The interviewer/writer will try to understand your mindset and feeling while you describe these different experiences, and will try to shape the book as it would look like had you written it by yourself. By stepping into your shoes while describing the experiences in your book, the writer will gather unique information that will allow us to create your personalized book!

When will the interview take place?

The interviews will take place according to your convenience. Since we are using a video conferencing tool for interaction between you and the interviewer, you will be able to conveniently schedule a suitable time slot. Your interviewers’ calendar will be made available on the dashboard once you Log In, and you will be able to see the free slots that you can schedule your interview for. 

What is the process for getting matched with a writer?

Once you create your account on our website you will need to specify what exactly it is you are looking for and the product that you are interested in. After filling out a preliminary questionnaire, we will analyze your responses and match you with the writer who will be the most ideal fit for your project. 

What is the difference between the types of writers available?

We currently offer two different types of writers. There are professional writers who have plenty of experience within their area of expertise and we also offer young and upcoming writers who have less professional experience but are fantastic writers! 

I want my book to have images. Is it possible to add them in?

Yes! Every product that we offer has a set number of images that can be added. You can also add extra images on PPP (Price Per Picture) basis. 

How long does it take to create a book?

This is dependent on the package the user selects. The interview time will vary starting from 4 hours and going up to 10 hours. You can also choose to add more interview time and extra pages to your book. Once the information is collected, the information will be reviewed and our writers and editors will get started on creating your unique book. As we offer completely customized books for all our users, the time it takes to create a book varies, however you will be able to track the progress of your book on the dashboard after you Log In. 

I already have part of my book written. Is it possible to use TaleTeller to finish it?

How much influence do I have over my book?
